Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download has been accessed.
Exceptions
- Files are corrupted or won't unzip — we'll re-issue the download or refund.
- Duplicate purchase of the same pack within 7 days — refund of the duplicate.
- Pack contents materially misrepresented — case-by-case review.
